At the beginning of the cooperation, the customer was looking for a suitable packaging solution for their nut products.

Rather than developing a completely customized package from the start, they selected one of our standard PET cans with a basic matching lid for their initial order.

For a growing food brand, this approach provided a practical way to enter the market quickly while ensuring reliable supply and consistent packaging quality.

After the first successful cooperation, the customer continued investing in their brand development through marketing activities, product promotion and participation in food exhibitions. As their market presence increased, they also realized that packaging played an important role in creating stronger brand recognition.

Upgrading Packaging Along with Brand Growth

As the brand continued to grow, the customer wanted the packaging appearance to better match their brand identity.

For the next stage of cooperation, we customized the lid color according to their brand image. By creating a unique color appearance, the 

packaging became more recognizable and helped the product stand out on the shelf.

Later, as the brand further developed, the customer decided to upgrade the packaging again by adding their logo through embossing on the lid.

Through this gradual custom packaging development process, the original standard PET can evolved into a more distinctive brand package with its own visual identity.

This experience also shows that custom packaging does not always need to start with a completely new design. For many food brands, a reliable standard packaging format can be the foundation, with customized features added step by step as the brand grows.

Supporting Automated Production and Long-Term Supply

During the long-term cooperation, we gained a deeper understanding of the customer’s production requirements.

As their business expanded, the customer invested in a fully automated packaging production line to improve efficiency and increase production capacity.

To better support their automated operations, we reviewed and upgraded the product molds, improving the consistency and performance of the PET cans.

These improvements helped the packaging run more smoothly with their automatic equipment, including the cap application process, can arranging system and labeling equipment.

With continuous improvement in product quality and production stability, the packaging performance became better aligned with the customer’s manufacturing needs. The customer also recognized the improvements in product consistency and overall supply reliability.

From the initial standard PET can order to customized lid colors, embossed logos, and optimized production support, every improvement was based on the customer’s business growth and changing requirements.
